Very interesting and very informative! Retha Horne does a good job. I can't recommend this book highly enough...truth, truth, and more truth.
This book appears to be some sort of grant proposal that has either been poorly translated from another language or written by a person who has English as a second language. Besides jumbled syntax and cobbled-together transitions, it is difficult to follow what the central theme actually consists of (what are God's universal healing laws?)
